creativejuicebooks.com

This site gives creative writing ideas for kids on different subjects. The teacher can use this site to build a lesson which plans to write their own stories.

Genna'sworld.com

This site is loaded with stories and can teach one to write a story. There is a part that helps the child write their own story. I think the teacher would find this site helpful in teaching the story book lessons for a language lesson.

www.allfreegameworld.com

This site is very colorful and has no registeration to deal with.  The site has games of sport, puzzle, arcade, card and board games. Teachers might want this site to give some fun time in between subjects that are being taught.

www.scholastickids.com

This site would be used by 5th and up. There are books, authors and videos. The site was interesting and would keep there interest and help in the researching for book reports.

www.enchantedlearning.com/home.html

This was an interesting site. I liked that there are books that can be printed off. There are lessons on mapreading, wish I'd had that one in school. Also there are games to play, printouts and poems. The one drawback in that there is a $20 fee for the year.

www.kidsplace.com

a student can find book reviews, get magazine articles, play games, watch videos along with homework help. There is alot to this site, teachers should recommend it to their students.

www.ala.com

This is a great website for kids, they can pick and choose almost anything. The site leads you to many kid sites such as one that teaches how cartoon animation. A teenager made the tutorials and I was impressed. Pretty cool
